The FIR Hothouse is very simple to use and 100% safe.
Just lie comfortably on your back or stomach.
Place the FIR Hothouse over the part of your body you wish to treat.
Set the timer, relax and enjoy the soothing warmth that envelops you. |
The FIR Hothouse is so simple and versatile, that you can use it whilst reading a book or even watching the television.
It can be used whilst sitting up, resting on a table or even on its side by sitting in the arch of the Hothouse.
The Hothouse rests on small rollers so it can be easily slide to required position and extra rests are provided for your comfort.

The ideal time per session is 15 - 30 minutes twice daily, starting with 15 minutes for the first week or two increasing the duration as your body becomes accustomed.
It is important to drink one glass of water for every 30 minutes of therapy to avoid dehydration.
|
Whilst using the FIR Hothouse you should not feel any pain or any marked perception of heat, just a gentle feeling of comfort and warmth.
A very slight reddening of the skin is normal after use, just like the glow and feeling you get from a great massage. |

Any acute disease.
If you have seriously high blood pressure.
A serious heart condition (unable to walk) or pacemaker.
